Founding Partner
Scott has over 35 years of experience in financial services.  Scott brings a wealth of expertise and an unwavering commitment to client success. His dynamic career spans brokerage, investment banking, securities, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions, making him a respected leader in the industry.   

Scott is also a professional soccer coach for Colorado Storm Soccer. He currently holds USSF National "B" and USSF National Youth licenses and has 35 years of coaching experience at various clubs and camps.

Stephanie Butler

Stephanie Butler

Founding Partner
Stephanie has over 25 years of experience in the M & A industry.  Stephanie handles the collection and analyzing of financial information as well as preparing our clients marketing materials to present to potential buyers or partners.

Stephanie and her husband routinely brew and participate in beer competitions across the country.

Sonny Crumpler

Founding Partner
H. Sonny Crumpler has almost 35 years experience with the majority of the time spent in the physical therapy segment. His experience includes over 20 years in the M&A arena from all different sides; as a buyer, as a seller, and as a consultant. Sonny is extremely talented in negotiating and performaing the many facets of due diligence in putting together various deals.

Sonny works out of our Birmingham office.

Joe (JR) Rotarius

JR joined the firm with over 12 years of experience helping business owners partner or sell their businesses.   JR is normally the first person that many of our clients speak with.

JR is a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America and has been a professional golfer for 36 years and has also owned and consulted for numerous businesses.

Brad joined the firm with a vast experience of owning several businesses, real estate investments as well as corporate world experience. 
 
Brad works with new prospects and clients to help them determine if selling or partnering is in their best interests.

Jack works with the business development side of our business where he is responsible for data research for potential clients.

Lyle joined the firm with over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health care industry as an owner and consultant.

Lyle list of industry accomplishments and leadership is lengthy and includes international leadership projects and is a past chairman of the Florida Association of Recovery Residences.

Lyle's expert knowledge in the behavioral industry is a real asset to any practice owners who are looking to merge or sell.

Senior M & A Advisor
Mike joined the firm with more than 20 years of legal, consulting, and business experience. He has been an attorney in private practice, an attorney-adjudicator in government, and a leader in industry including owner-operator in the medical and legal fields. His legal and negotiation skills contribute to his role as Senior M&A Advisor meets and represents buyers and introduces them to prospective investors and buyers.
 
Mike and his wife are involved in their community, have seven children, and enjoy traveling, camping, fishing, and snow skiing.

Senior M & A  Advisor
Chelsea advised many groups that want to save money, add efficiencies, training, and strategic planning in Human Resources. When she is not helping companies manage their HR issues, you can find her at the gym doing CrossFit and powerlifting.

An interesting fact about Chelsea is she was a firefighter and licensed paramedic, she has literally saved peoples lives. We think she will help save many clients HR problems and create solutions that will add major benefits and value to clients' long term growth strategies.
